My main task is to tell the Tigers story through the eyes of customers and employees. I create a marketing team consisting of people who are full of determination to constantly develop and the courage to dream big! I make sure that Tigers' values define my team's work every day. As a maximalist, I take bold steps in automating marketing work and inspire others to take action.
I am a graduate in political science from the University of Warsaw, and since 2014 I have been dynamically developing as an independent entrepreneur in the marketing industry. I specialize in marketing communications consulting, supporting the development of companies and personal brands. I gained experience as marketing director of Runmageddon, marketing manager at Extreme Warrior Park, communications specialist at Exceptional Gift, and as a long-time freelancer for various projects: sports, events or social.

I believe that communication is not about blurring the differences between people, but about better understanding each other despite those differences.

I can perform difficult tasks very quickly thanks to determination.When I look for a solution to a problem, I carefully analyze all possibilities. I am focused on the goal, can think far ahead and love to maximize results. Thanks to my experience in NGOs, I have the tools and techniques to help me realize my team's full potential.
