She began her professional career in 2005 by working in the media. She developed her competence in business communication, first working at a PR agency, where she specialized in crisis management, and then in the marketing department on the client side. She has been with Tigers since the agency's inception. Since 2020, she successfully grew the Customer Success department from 7 to 47 specialists and became a shareholder and CEO of Tigers in May 2022. According to the Gallup test, her main talents are MAXIMIZATION, ELASTICITY, PERFORMANCE, ACTIVITY and CHARACTER. She derives satisfaction from building interpersonal relationships and focuses on strengths, thus stimulating personal growth and group excellence.
