How did we do it?

Idea

Working on the project, we got satisfactory results, but lacked a consistent strategy for each month of the year, other than seeking to maximize advertising profits. Due to the uneven seasonality of the product, sales were higher in some months and below a consistent level in others. We needed a clear plan and set goals for each month of 2024, which would allow us to make full use of the client's annual budget and identify the main campaign priorities for the period.

Action

Setting KPIs - Planning for the year, we started back in December. At that time, we confirmed with the client the goals to be achieved and set measurable KPIs. To ensure that the goals could be met, we developed with the client, a clear dashboard with the most important metrics, in which we supplemented on an ongoing, week-by-week basis with the results achieved and discussed improvements at weekly meetings. 

Effective campaign structure - The KPIs identified, were the benchmark, to optimize the existing campaign structure in both channels into a scalable sales generation machine that delivers repeatable growth. In Google Ads, we focused on stronger promotion of strategic film designs, in product campaigns, in order to attract potential customers to the site as effectively as possible, with attractive designs. In Meta Ads, meanwhile, in addition to a stronger focus on building the top of the sales funnel, we also focused on rescuing abandoned shopping carts. Dynamic campaigns, with a discount code for abandoned shopping carts, proved to be an effective solution and helped increase the % of completed purchases.

Effective budget planning - Using data from previous years, we identified periods with the highest sales potential and optimally distributed the advertising budget. We allocated the largest portion of the budget to two key promotional campaigns. Accurate creatives effectively communicating special actions and increased remarketing activities largely contributed to record sales in April 2024. Revenue for the month was 55% higher than the previous year.

‍Effectiveadvertising creations - Meta Ads, is the channel we use not only for sales, but also for building awareness of brand products. The video format has worked best here. Dynamic, inspiring and responsive to the objections of potential customers, the materials effectively attract the attention of our target audience, generating a CTR of up to 6.83%, which allows us to gain quality traffic to the site at a relatively low cost. Then, with the help of remarketing campaigns using other videos responding to objections at subsequent stages, we effectively close the sale.

Advantage

After four months of cooperation, we have generated a steadily growing sales result, meeting the goals for the first four months of the year by a wide margin. We are not slowing down and continue to work on further improvements to fully realize the sales potential in the second part of the year. We plan to scale advertising budgets and, above all, to grow our client business.
