Realizing the customer's vision

Create a platform that the client's competitors do not have and stand out in the marketplace

How did we do it?

The platform was created in cooperation with the developer. Tigers' responsibility was to develop the entire structure of the site, functionality, copy, layout, rules and regulations, as well as the survey tool. In addition, we found a warehouse that carries out all the shipments we ordered. The client gave us the vision, and we realized it from A to Z. At the moment, Paulina Pirowska is in charge of the project, adding products to the site, managing changes to the site, selecting testers, sending surveys, submitting mailing lists to the magazine, as well as writing articles about the products and selecting the best reviews.

Action

We could add 60 sub-points to each point, but let's focus on the most important one:

1. organization of the project, breaking down the client's vision, coming out with a solution proposal, strategy and action plan.

2. selection of the project team, in terms of analytics, developer, performance and platform person.

3. coordinate the work of the developer in agreement with the client.

4 Establish cooperation with Tigers graphic design studio to develop a draft letter with instructions to join the program, which we sent to female testers. 

5 Find suitable subcontractors and delegate warehousing and shipping services.

6 Site launch and start of activities.

The whole process took 1.5 months!

Interesting fact: in our studio, from the hand of Klaudia Borowiec, even a photo was created for the banner for the homepage!

Advantage

Our holistic approach and operational excellence made the project a success. Proper organization of work and strategic planning of activities, allowed for the timely completion of the project and customer satisfaction.

Behind us were hours of meetings, brainstorming sessions and dozens of hours logged in Clockify. We repeatedly rearranged the various pieces of the puzzle, getting closer and closer to the client's vision, and then analyzed every detail of the testing process and closed the whole thing into a viable timeline. This experience taught us a lot and showed us that there are no challenges that are impossible to do.

Innovations

At Tigers, it was our first time doing such a custom project for a client. We knew it was a challenge, but we took up the gauntlet. Creating and operating such a platform was something new for Tigers, which raised concerns at first. However, we knew it would be an invaluable experience and a big step for Tigers.
