Preliminary assessment
The client approached us for social media content and performance services. The brand had undergone a rebranding process prior to the submission, which presented a communication challenge. Our team analyzed the current situation, identifying key issues and barriers, and began to select a strategy that achieved the desired goal.
Strategy development
With a full understanding of the client's problems, we proceeded to develop a communication strategy. We opted for a combination of messages based on emotions and technical elements of the equipment, which allowed us to establish a deeper connection with the audience. We focused on the issue of hearing aid reimbursement, knowing that for many seniors this is a key aspect of the purchasing decision. Our strategy was not only to inform, but to build trust through education and empathy.
Implementation
The time has come to realize our goals.
- Facebook and Google Ads campaigns: we created precisely targeted ads that reached our target audience, presenting products in the context of their health benefits and financial accessibility.
- Educational and emotional posts on Facebook: We published educational content based on emotional overtones. The purpose of such activities was to build a relationship with an older customer, to whom such a narrative significantly appeals. We wanted to educate through various formats. We focused on the language of communication to make it accessible to the target group. We showed real problems faced by people affected by hearing loss such as social isolation. We focused on communication that changed attitudes so that the target group could define their problem, but also so that those around them would know how to respond.
- Local campaigns targeting specific surgeries: We focused on local markets, promoting specific surgeries, which allowed us to have even more personalized communication and direct outreach to potential clients.
Effects
Through the eyes of the customer
We have been working with Tigers for over a year now. Our challenge was to put in place a coherent, well-performing social media communication strategy. We also wanted to improve ads performance and take full advantage of the potential of the Meta and Google ad platforms. Tigers helped us increase audience engagement, structure content and multiply ad results. In addition, Tigers excelled in handling any drop-in that required a really fast response. If I had to describe Tigers in one word, it would be COMMITMENT. If I had more words to use, I would say that Tigers is a reliable, trustworthy partner and a great support for modern business.
