In the organization, I am responsible for the sales and marketing team. I take care of the implementation of the company's business strategy, I am responsible for optimizing processes, creating new sales channels and developing the services offered by the agency.
I have almost twenty years of experience in developing effective sales strategies and in building teams that achieve the set goals and achieving the set plans. I gained my professional experience in my own company, where I built from scratch and implemented a coherent strategy for dynamic growth in the Polish HoReCa market. Before coming to Tigers, I managed a sales structure built with more than 1,600 sales representatives in Poland in one of the leading international companies specializing in direct sales.
