How did we do it?
Strategy
Reo.co.uk approached us to launch a newly established green energy trading platform, with the aim of attracting contacts in the form of generators as well as consumers to the platform. There was new business from the client and a new platform, and our efforts led to an immediate influx of leads.
First, we conducted a brief along with a debriefing conversation to most accurately step into the client's shoes and prepare a concept that meets the current needs in the market. We based the communication on positioning the Reo.pl brand as the first such platform on the market and a trusted partner.
Action
We started our cooperation by brainstorming the right strategy and advertising messages. We started our work from scratch, so in the meantime we created advertising accounts with profiles on Facebook, Google, Twitter and LinkedIn platforms.
Communication was based on several thematic blocks:

After mapping the needs of the target audience and taking into account the length of the decision-making process in the B2B segment, we arranged advertising account structures. We created audience groups corresponding to the client's target groups - generators, consumers and prosumers. In the second month of operations, we launched remarketing campaigns, excluding people who left their data in a form on the site.
Thanks to weekly sprints with the client, we kept our hand on the pulse keeping in mind the proportion of budget spent on each platform. Ongoing contact allowed us to change the budget allocation to more converting channels, from which the leads we received ended up in signed contracts. We also optimized at the stage of advertising creations by testing new ideas.
Advantage
In launching the new brand, we relied on content activities to build awareness of the energy market and issues such as switching from the current operator or the alternative option of selling the surplus produced. Education proved crucial in attracting less informed users, to whom we returned in remarketing after reading relevant blog content.
The choice of a multi-channel strategy when conducting performance activities was driven by maximizing results and increasing brand exposure. We took care of the first contact with the brand through YouTube ads, after providing the necessary knowledge to make a decision through LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook channels
Innovations
As an out-of-the-box measure, we introduced a Chatbot service as part of the partnership. Thanks to this solution, we were able to answer users' most frequently asked questions on the site in a fully automated manner. The Chatbot also generated 4 Leads.
