How did we do it?
Beginning
Brand Yogatwarzy approached us for comprehensive support in taking its digital path. We immediately noticed the brand's great potential. Combined with a client open to recommendations, we were able to reach for results beyond our expectations.
Action
1 We started our cooperation with a strategic workshop, through which we defined all image/marketing activities around the brand. We worked out a common vision saying: "We want a world where people care not only about their complexion, but about their face as a whole."
2 We defined the insights of the target audience, prepared the strategic concept and social media. Our goal was to make Yogatwarzy be seen as the key to wise skin aging.
3 We recommended a number of technical changes to the site to improve the conversion rate, resulting in more sales.
4 Following an audit of operations, we implemented a new performance strategy for the advertising account. Fundamental changes were required in the approach to the proportion of budgets between advertising targets and the implementation of a specially tailored funnel.
5 We enriched the brand's communication with PR activities. The brand began to be much more visible in digital media (websites), as well as traditional media - magazines, newspapers, television.
Advantage
Ongoing consultations provided a guarantee and a sense of security to the client that we were going in the right direction. We also decided to develop a Facebook group to build the Yogattractive community which results in a loyal audience and provides strong support for new beauty-conscious women. Sharing knowledge and actively promoting Yogattractive's proven products has proven to be the key to success.
Innovations
The positive reception on social media and hundreds of positive reviews have allowed us to expand our activities in the workshop area. Classes are conducted both in-house and online, so we are able to deliver the full Yogatwara experience at home.
Result
The effect of the work of the first months is best illustrated by a quote from a client: "Doubled the business in 6 months". Delivered business results thanks to Meta&Google Ads, made it possible to expand the cooperation to other channels: Tik Tok, Marketing Automation, PR and SEO. Over the course of several months, we built strong brand recognition in the media. The brand began to show up in them not only for advertising, but also for PR and editorial. Titles such as ELLE, Glamour and High Heels began to write about the brand. Thanks to our efforts, the brand was nominated in 5 categories in the Glammies 2024 plebiscite, in which it finally received an honorable mention in the SPA/WELLNESS place of the year category.
Effects
Through the eyes of the customer
Thanks to our cooperation with the Digital PR department of the Tigers agency, we were able to show our Yogatwarzy brand more widely in the media. Previously, we were given a presence mainly in programs like breakfast TV. Since we began working with Oscar, the brand has also gained visibility in magazines and lifestyle sites, where we have appeared both editorially and in advertising. To this account it is enough to mention such titles as ELLE, Zwierciadło, Wysokie Obcasy, Wysokie Obcasy Extra, Bellateca, Arf of Beauty, Shape.pl or Uroda&Zdrowie. Our cooperation, which we remember very fondly, resulted in several press dispatches, more than a dozen publications and media presences, an author's column in Glamour magazine, an honorable mention in the prestigious Glammies poll and a jointly prepared event under the banner of #Selflove by Yogatwarzy prepared on the occasion of Singles' Day.
