Six months have passed since we said we were going out into the city and wanted to be closer to the customer. See what the last six months have been like at Tigers.

At Tigers, we don't throw words to the wind. If we say that tigers go out into the city - then they do.
Confirmation of this thesis does not have to look far.

In April, we organized a "Tiger Breakfast in Krakow"

- A unique meeting to which we invited Krakow marketing managers. The meeting was held in the new Tigers office, and CS manager Marta Prochot-Matejuk and her team were responsible for its organization.

The Tigers breakfast couldn't lack knowledge sharing, which is embedded in the DNA of Tigers. Instead of lectures and presentations, we opted for a discussion, focusing on the topic "Unleashing the power of the brand" and the use of the marketing mix and TikTok in sales campaigns. Tigers trainer Magdalena Krzepkowska, who knows TikTok inside out, also added her voice.

However, this is not the end of the story.

The culmination of this action was the dispatch of a TIGER truck to the streets of Krakow. A truck with large screens depicting our animation of Tigger drove for several hours on the biggest streets of the dragon city, making the presence of Tigers in Malopolska known.

In May, we were one of three organizers of the I🧡Automation&Tools conference.

The event, which was created in collaboration between three brands, Automation House x Efficient.marketing x Tigers, brought together hundreds of conference attendees hungry to learn more about automation, AI and increasing efficiency in business.

During the conference, the three Tigers Bartlomiej Klaska³, Senior Digital Marketing Specialist,
Katarzyna Mıstaçoğlu, Senior Marketing Specialist, and Franciszek Georgiew, Founder Tigers & Owner of XXII Ventures holding company, stood on one of the more challenging marketing stages in Poland.

  • Bartek explained why "all marketing automation tools suck."
  • Kasia inspired and presented the possibilities of Obsidian in her life, pointing out the problems of technological poverty and mental overload.
  • Franek presented his vision of life in Notion, a tool that allows him to delve deeper into himself than with just a piece of paper and a pen.

The award for Tigers was won by Kasia, who, as the only female honoree, won the honorable 7th place, getting a pass to speak about what is important at the next edition of I🧡Marketing.

During the remaining days of the I🧡Marketing conference, our trainers were also present, recognizing the most interesting conversations with participants with a "Golden Ticket" entitling them to receive any Tigers training for free.

We also celebrated the 8th birthday of Tigers and the first year of the new CEO - Karolina Kawska!

To celebrate these special occasions, we all met - the team from Krakow and Warsaw - on board the Barge on the Vistula River. During this meeting, surrounded by a pleasant atmosphere, we celebrated the achievements of our company and reminisced about the old days of the agency. It was also a moment to appreciate the commitment and qualities Karolina brought during her first year as CEO.

And after a rest, we went back to work to participate in ... Runmageddon with our client Runmageddon!

In our strategy for 2023, we wrote down going out on the town. At the time, no one mentioned an obstacle course in the middle of the forest, but ... when RUNMAGEDDON challeng ed us to complete the course shoulder-to-shoulder together with Tigers customers, we couldn't say no!

Challenges and obstacles drive Tiger to run, and Runmageddon says that taking part in the event is within everyone's reach - so back at the end of May, fueled by the courage that comes from the confidence that the Tiger One Team can handle any obstacle, not just digital ones, we jointly showed up at the start of Runmageddon. 30 obstacles to overcome, and one of them was the TIGERS obstacle, which posed quite a challenge for the event participants. For the rest, see for yourself.

Let's move on to education...

Education continues to be an integral part of Tigers. For the last 8 years we have been guides, and as of this year we are also becoming trainers in the digital jungle.

‍In2022, we decided to switch from traditional training to coaching, which brought a significant change for both us and our participants.

With a new mindset focused on training, our educational activities have become more effective and comprehensive. The workshops we offer put you in contact with experienced trainers and a training group, and the knowledge we impart comes from our own experiences and successes.

In our commitment to quality training, we have also supported our trainers. An example of this is that we sent our experts to the B.B. Kotlinski School of Trainers for specialized training, "School of 1st Level Trainers." After completing this intensive program, our trainers were certified, which only reinforced the quality of our educational activities.

Education has been part of Tigers' DNA since the agency's inception - in the first half of 2023, Martha Semplawska and I focused primarily on cleaning up this area and setting a new direction. We have replaced theoretical training, with practical trainings, from which participants leave with practical skills.

In addition, we have opened up to a consulting model, through which you can benefit from the help of Tigers specialists and experts in each area of digital marketing, in a very transparent hourly settlement - depending on the current needs of the business.

- Dorota Wozniczka, Senior Growth Specialist

There was also dedicated training and coaching, including for brands such as Oriflame (200 people in the room!), Carrefour and Erbud.
Thanks to these activities, we closed June with record results and... we're going for more!

What about the customers?

Leading our customers to their goals, we constantly strive to improve our services. After testing the theory about the 100 days of the customer, which is authored by Joey Coleman, author of the bestseller "Never lose a customer again," we have made 5 major changes to our system of work in the first 100 days of working with a customer, more extensively described in this article.

The effects of these changes are already visible, as evidenced by high customer satisfaction ratings in surveys summarizing the first months of cooperation in 2023. The average rating of our services is a record 4.67/5.

Our clients rated commitment (4.89), partnership (4.81) and timeliness (4.70) highest. At the same time, they pointed out to us that we should focus even more on consulting (4.55) and development (4.53). Thanks to regular feedback from our customers, we know what we should focus on in the coming months, which allows us to continuously improve our services.

We have expanded our portfolio of services

Taking care of our clients, we also introduced new services, such as Digital PR, SEO, e-Commerce cell and marketing automation. Danuta Olczyk is responsible for the development of Digital PR, and Veronika Czubik is responsible for the SEO area, as we wrote about in this article.
Boris Marushchak is responsible for the e-Commerce cell.

"We are growing the analytics team, web dev, programmatic and marketplaces, and getting into Big Query solutions. We want to really take a holistic approach to our clients' businesses have a working knowledge of what works and how it works."

- Boris Marushchak, Senior Team Leader & Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Together with the client, we won the prestigious Golden Arrow award

One of the highlights of the last few months was winning a Golden Arrow award with our long-time client Motorola for the "Don't Let Yourself Be Defined" campaign. It was a historic moment for Tigers, our first industry award and an important step in the implementation of our 2023 strategy.

We invited four artists close to the younger generation to participate in the #Don'tDon'tDefineYourself campaign, which Media Marketing Polska awarded in the Marketer's Challenge - Product Launch category. The campaign ambassadors showed us the behind-the-scenes of their stage image and told us what they do when they are alone, how they take care of their balance and what their lives look like that the world does not see. Each of the ambassadors also represented one of the colors of the motorola edge 30 neo phone, which was promoted as part of the #Don 'tDie campaign coordinated by Karolina Zduńczyk Influencer Marketing Expert at Tigers.

LinkedIn @tigers
"Our campaign encourages discussion, to talk about the fact that freedom, diversity and free self-expression are the highest values. The young generation we wanted to reach with our message is often defined as the one for whom virtual life is more important than real life. This is a harmful stereotype."

- Anna Staszynska, Head of Marketing at Motorola Mobility.

What will the next six months bring?

Over the past 6 months, we have consistently followed the path to our goal. Each new day brought us new challenges, which we overcame with determination, while achieving numerous successes.

Being already after Tigers' quarterly strategy meeting, we know that something really big is lined up for the next six months....

Stay tuned, because the tiger is not slowing down! 🔥
