How did we do it?
Idea
The idea of conducting dedicated training was to break the stereotypes of showing a "difficult" industry on TikTok.
Action
We conducted a classroom training for the team on video marketing on TikTok, during which participants explored knowledge starting from the functionality of the application, to trends, industry specifics, as well as technical aspects, preparation for recording and editing.
Advantage
We focused on the practical part so that participants would leave the training not only with theoretical knowledge, but with ready-made ideas and materials for publication on the company's TikTok.
Effects
Through the eyes of the customer
This is our next training session with Tigers. Our employees use social media, including TikTok, but mainly as watchers. We are glad that, thanks to Tigers, we took them into the "cockpit" for a while to see what content creation looks like from behind the scenes. We are satisfied. The trainers were very professional, willing to answer our questions. Referring to the experience of working with other clients, thorough knowledge of the market and trends was very important for us.
