We created a brand communication strategy - without it, not a move!
When preparing the communication strategy for Medicover Sport, we made sure to properly match the content to the audience groups actively using the various communication channels.
On Facebook and Instagram, we publish content mainly for the end users of sports packages - employees of companies. On LinkedIn, on the other hand, we communicate with HR departments and decision-makers in organizations. Choosing a strategy involving two-track communication - was a hit. Thanks to this, we secured brand communication on both levels.

On Medicover Sport's Facebook profile, we have built an engaged community of people who are interested in sports and take a holistic approach to their health, taking care of regular physical activity.
In addition, on the platform we have developed the group "Medicover Sport Team", which in the first year of our cooperation increased by 400% in terms of the number of members. In addition to special actions, users of the group had the opportunity to benefit from the know-how of Medicover Sport experts, participate in contests or inspire each other in the activities they use most often.
In the case of Instagram, it was a hit to diversify the formats and content that appear on it. We educate not only about sports and physical activity, but also its impact on our health. We focus on healthy habits and try to instill them in our audience.
We have engaged Medicover Sport experts for our communications to create reels promoting one of Medicover Sport's newest services, Diet Coaching. Reels, is a format that has attracted a lot of interest and engagement among our audience.
