In a previous life, I was a Provost for more than 10 years and had the pleasure of taking care of clients' images, advising on media issues or managing potentially difficult and crisis situations. I have to think all the time, and my fuel is unconventional conversations. After all, my No. 1 in Gallup is Intellect.
