Within the organization, I am responsible for coordinating recruitment processes. I work with department managers to understand their staffing needs, identify key competencies required for the positions and advise on recruitment strategies.
I started developing my interest in the HR field during my master's studies at the School of Economics. I took my first steps in HR at a music label, where I recruited specialists to work with artists. The next stop, was a software house, where already as an independent specialist I was responsible for the HR area, not only in the context of recruitment.

Interesting facts that not everyone knows about
Heterochromia - I have bicolor irises (blue-green). This trait affects only 1% of the population.
For 12 years I performed on stage in amateur theater groups. I took part in many competitions and festivals. As a child I dreamed that this passion would become my way of life.
I like to acquire new skills, learn new things, discover beautiful places.
