Magda has been helping the creative industry operate effectively and legally for 10 years. She specializes in assisting marketing agencies, start-ups, fashion & design industry and Italian-owned companies operating in Poland. She deals with issues related to brand protection, copyright, image, personal rights, trademarks, acts of unfair competition, advertising and social media law, among others.

Karolina is responsible for comprehensive support of clients in the field of social media and influencer marketing, as well as the development of the influencer marketing unit. She specializes in influencer campaigns, custom actions and the selection of brand ambassadors. She has been involved in influencer marketing for 6 years. She has worked both as a manager of influencers, a specialist responsible for working with ambassadors on behalf of a brand, and a senior specialist of the influencer marketing department at a marketing agency. In June 2023, the campaign "Don't let yourself be defined by #discoveryourcolor," which she prepared for the Motorola brand, won the Golden Arrow 2023 statuette in the marketer's challenge - product launch category
