The launch of Tigers' first field branch in Krakow is a very important step in the agency's development and an important part of our strategy to further scale our operations. Of course, it is an opening to a new market of talent and an opportunity to strengthen the team that works every day for the success of our clients. I am confident that under the guidance of an experienced manager like Marta, our Krakow team will grow in strength very quickly. On the other hand, it is also an opening to a new market of clients. Especially those for whom local patriotism is important and whose businesses are located in the south of the country. We want to be closer to them and thus better understand the challenges they face. Tigers' mission is to be a guide through the digital jungle, and by working together as one large team of specialists from Warsaw and Krakow, we can give great value to local businesses by sharing a wealth of marketing experience from many specialties

The Cracow Team is growing all the time! The task of the field branch, in addition to handling entrusted projects, is to gather experience and lessons learned from the onboarding process.

Krakow is the first field branch of Tigers and I would like it to be a model for others. By honing the onboarding process, as a team we are blazing a trail for those who will open Tigers branches in other Polish cities or foreign markets in the future.

In the word of the CEO

Marta knows the Krakow market very well, has extensive managerial experience and understands the intricacies of the agency business well. However, when deciding on this cooperation, it was much more important for us to understand each other on the level of attitudes and values, which are the most important glue of Tigers' organizational culture. Now Marta is its guardian in our Cracow branch, working closely with the team in Warsaw on a daily basis. Krakow has gained a solid guide through the digital jungle.
