How to effectively meet campaign goals? Learn about Tiger's 6 steps
If you accept chaos in the campaign development process, don't count on controlled success down the road.
A few months ago, Yossarian Malewski and Ola Bulanda, Tigers' strategists took on the process of creating strategy-saturated campaigns for our clients. Why? They cared first and foremost:
- to increase efficiency and secure better end results for the entire operation;
- structuring the campaign preparation process - so that, in the spirit of Tigers' values, it is transparent, imbued with potential for growth, with clear responsibilities at each stage of the work, and supporting the pursuit of operational excellence;
- Ensuring that, in keeping with the principle of "nothing about us without us," the client is an engaged partner at every stage of the strategy work.
As a result, we have developed a proprietary framework that optimizes marketing activities, allows you to plan your work and budget, but most importantly - transparently communicates what specifically will happen at each stage of work between the client and the agency.
We called this model of cooperation "6 steps of the Tiger."
What is to be gained from completing tasks in accordance with the "6 steps of the Tiger"?
- It organizes, makes consistent and improves the campaign development process.
- It prevents an action in which the process of analysis serves to prove the accepted theses, which often leads to a discrepancy between the real needs of the market and the offer that the brand directs to consumers in its communications.

- It indicates the milestones of the process which makes it much easier to control the performance of individual tasks during the development of the campaign.
Ultimately, acting in accordance with the "6 steps of the Tiger" through structured work on the project and proper allocation of resources in the areas of research and analytical, strategic, creative and execution work makes it possible to achieve better results of campaign projects in a comprehensive evaluation of the costs incurred and the results produced.
While working with Ola on creating a framework for campaign implementation, I didn't expect that we would come to the obvious - that preparation is a key stage of projects. As a certified negotiator, trainer and sailor, I know that investing time and energy in preparation yields the best results. What do you face every step of the way? What challenges will we tackle together, and why - from the perspective of our years of experience - are they important enough to include in the process? Step 1: Analyze current communications
Analysis of the current situation is the first step to assess the terrain and determine where you stand. In this step, we audit the implementation of past communication activities and prepare a report with conclusions and recommendations. This gives us a solid foundation for further action.
Step 2: Research/market research
In the next step, we analyze what is happening in the market and look at the consumer's perspective. We select appropriate research methods for the client's situation and resources, so as to obtain reliable and valuable information. The results are presented in the form of a report, which then forms the basis for work during a strategic workshop with the client.
In my work as a strategist, I use my curiosity about the world and people. I conduct mini-research on my own, including in-depth interviews and behavioral observation.
Inevery project, I step into the client's shoes and go through the entire buying process (even if you have to participate in a Runmageddon!).

Step 3: Strategy
Step 3 is tailored to you and your needs. You can opt for:
- Strategic concept
In this step, we focus on defining your target audience, finding valuable insights, identifying your unique selling promise (USP), and developing a concept that will be coherently communicated as a Big Idea in your campaign.
- Communication strategy + client workshop
At Tigers, we also offer the development of a communications strategy, based on a workshop with your team. As part of this process, we will TOGETHER develop objectives that are relevant to your brand. We will take a close look at your target audience to better understand their needs and preferences. We will identify key insights and analyze the perceptual barriers that may hinder reaching your target audience. We will work with you to develop strategies to minimize these barriers and develop a USP and Big Idea that will effectively capture the attention of your target audience.
Our workshops are interactive, engaging and effective, and the end result is a solid communications strategy. As aresult, you have a full understanding of what to expect and can directly consult your concerns with experts.
- Communication strategy
In this variant, we create a communication strategy that effectively achieves the goals of the campaign. We work similarly to point two, but in this variant there is no joint workshop with the client. The strategist's activities include: developing objectives, defining the target audience, finding insights, mapping perceptual barriers, defining RTB, USP and Big Idea.
Step 4: Creative concept
This is where we unleash the tiger's creativity! In this step, we prepare a concept that will arouse interest and attract the attention of the audience. We create proposals for creative concepts and Key Visuals, capturing the essence of the campaign.
We believe that the visual aspect and strategy are inseparable. The Graphic_woman is a key member of the process from the very beginning, creating Key Visual and graphic materials. After all, our social media audiences have only a fraction of a second to peruse the creative and decide whether they want to spend a few more moments of their lives or scroll on.

Step 5: Resource production
Taking into account the pre-established concept, we produce animations, videos and other custom materials. Our goal is to create high-quality resources that will capture the attention of your audience and exceed their expectations.
Step 6: Implementation and execution
In the final stage, we introduce communication activities in accordance with the developed strategy. We create a media plan and publication schedule to reach our target audience at the right time and place. We also do not forget to produce content and graphics to reinforce our campaign. In addition, we manage the performance campaign in selected channels, tracking its effectiveness and regularly reporting the results.
Advertising activities in digital require a well-thought-out concept. Ads are another team player, not a magic wand. Coaching support in the form of a strategy is essential. By identifying brand touch points and tailoring the message to different people at different buying stages, we achieve a sure win instead of playing "ad hoc." This opens up the opportunity to grow revenue and scale the company.
