What are the characteristics of an ideal candidate?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior SEO specialist / specialist in an agency or client side;
• Practical knowledge of Senuto, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Clusteric, Semrush tools
• Knowledge of Google tools (Search Console, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio);
• Basic knowledge of CMS systems: WordPress, Shoper, PrestaShop, Shopify, RedCart and others;
• Knowledge of HTML,CSS, JS;
• Basic knowledge of PHP;
• Communicative knowledge of English (min. B2);
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers;
• Great self-reliance and the ability to organize their own work.

SEO Specialist

What does the work consist of?

• Prepare effective SEO strategies for current and new clients;
• Full responsibility and decision-making in running SEO projects;
• Regular analysis of client websites and development of optimization guidelines for implementation;
• Planning and improving content for websites;
• Analyze customer data from a business perspective;
• Progress reporting via Google Looker Studio;
• Collaboration with other agency teams such as Creative Team, Digital Marketing Team;
• Ability to conduct training for agencies or clients;
• Direct contact with customers and partners - in Polish and English.

Salary 

🔸We support the entrepreneurial instincts of Tigers and work on a participatory compensation model that pays off for you - in addition to a guaranteed attractive base, your compensation in this position will also include commission from revenues in the orders you run.

🔸Base salary of PLN 8,000 net on invoice (B2B) or gross on Contract of mandate + progressive salary (bonus), which can be up to PLN 16,000.

🔸It is possible to cooperate on the basis of UZ for those with student status.
