What are the characteristics of an ideal candidate?

• Min. 2-letnie doświadczenie w obszarze Google Ads, Facebook Ads - wymagane,
• Min. rok doświadczenia pracy w agencji marketingowej - wymagane,
• Doświadczenie i sukcesy w prowadzeniu kampanii dla klientów o różnej wysokości budżetów,
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level (min. B2),
• Great willingness to develop in more systems,
• Independence, taking responsibility for the results of one's work,
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Gotowość do pracy w trybie hybrydowym - minimum raz w miesiącu w warszawskim biurze lub w razie spotkań i warsztatów z klientami.

(Senior) Performance Specialist

What does the job entail? 

• Independent creation and daily supervision of Google, Meta, Linkedin and other platforms campaigns,
• Ongoing contact and relationship building with agency clients,
• Participate in sales proceedings, in the creation of media plans and advertising account audits.

What will you be responsible for?

• You develop the businesses of dedicated clients by running campaigns for them in selected advertising systems and proposing activities at each stage of the sales funnel.
• By working closely and long-term with the client , you gain space to implement your ideas.
• You work closely with the entire Tigers team, so you grow by sharing knowledge, get support in difficult or new situations, and work in a good atmosphere.

Wynagrodzenie bazowe 8 000-11 000 zł - netto na fakturze (B2B) lub całościowy koszt pracodawcy przy Umowie Zlecenie.
