What are the characteristics of an ideal candidate?

• Min. 3 years of experience in the area of Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Experience and success in running campaigns for clients
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level (min. B2)
• Great willingness to grow in more systems
• Independence, taking responsibility for the results of your work
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers

What does the job entail? 

• Independent creation and daily supervision of Google and Facebook campaigns;
• Ongoing contact and relationship building with agency clients;
• Participate in sales proceedings, in the creation of media plans and advertising account audits.

What will you be responsible for?

• You develop the businesses of dedicated clients by running campaigns for them in selected advertising systems and proposing activities at each stage of the sales funnel.
• By working closely and long-term with the client , you gain space to implement your ideas.
• You work closely with the entire Tigers team, so you grow by sharing knowledge, get support in difficult or new situations, and work in a good atmosphere.

Salary 

• We support the entrepreneurial instinct of Tigers and work on a participatory remuneration model that is profitable for you - in addition to a guaranteed base, your remuneration in this position will also include a commission from revenues in the conducted orders. The base amount of remuneration for this position is PLN 11,000 net per invoice, while we adhere to the principle of "sky is the limit", where these salaries have escalated to as much as PLN 17,000 net per invoice.
