What are the characteristics of an ideal candidate?

• Min. 2 letnie doświadczenie w obszarze Google Ads i Meta Ads,
• Experience and success in running campaigns for clients,
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level (min. B2),
• Great willingness to develop in more systems,
• Independence, taking responsibility for the results of one's work,
• Umiejętność nawiązania i utrzymywania dobrych relacji z klientami.‍

What does the job entail? 

• Samodzielne tworzenie i codzienny nadzór kampanii Google i Meta,
• Stały kontakt i budowanie relacji z klientami agencji (w projektach są Account Managerowie, którzy strategicznie rozwijają klientów, ale Specjalista także ma kontakt z klientem),
• Participation in sales proceedings, in the creation of media plans and advertising account audits,‍
• Developing clients' dedicated businesses by running campaigns for them in selected advertising systems and proposing activities at each stage of the sales funnel.
