As an Account Manager, you will be the first line of contact for our clients, making sure to build and maintain lasting relationships and efficiency. What are the characteristics of an ideal Tiger?
- Experience working with beauty brands - mandatory
- Min. 3 years of agency experience as an Account Manager,
- Extensive experience in building and maintaining customer relationships,
- Communicative English (at least B2 level),
- Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and solve problems,
- Ability to work with project management tools (primarily ClickUp),
- Open-minded and out-of-the-box approach.

What does the job entail?
- You provide comprehensive customer service from start to finish, including onboarding and final billing stages
- Meet regularly with the operations team to set priorities for the week and divide tasks
- You use ClickUp and Slack tools to clearly divide tasks, ensuring a consistent work routine for team members
- You delegate tasks and monitor the progress of execution with the ClickUp tool, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the process
- You are responsible for managing the budget - tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with the established financial framework
- You maintain constant contact with your customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term cooperation
- You report on activities carried out, monitor performance indicators and recommend possible corrective/supportive actions

Salary:
We offer a salary of PLN 11,000 - 14,000 net on invoice (B2B) or the employer's total cost with a Contract of mandate.
