At Tigers, I'm in charge of PR! I nurture a brand's favorable relationships with its audiences and stakeholders through thoughtful communication. I work with the media, look for interesting contexts for journalists and offer what is out of the ordinary.
I got involved with the public relations industry in 2022, choosing to study journalism and specialize in PR and media marketing at the University of Warsaw. Already after the first year of my studies, I got my dream internship at a top PR agency, with which I connected for the long term. In July 2023, I joined Tigers as a Junior PR Specialist, and in the meantime I won two industry awards - an honorable mention in The Next Gen of PR organized by ZFPR and silver in the international competition The ICCO University PR World Cup.

Knowledge and competence
Emilia is a young tigress who is not afraid of new challenges, and as if that were not enough - she provokes and creates them herself. Suffice it to recall, for example, her involvement in various international PR competitions, in which she regularly participates and which, last but not least, she happens to win (see: silver in the ICCO University PR 2023 World Championship). This shows her ambition and constant hunger for development, and these are what drive Emilia to work every day in a systematic and qualitative manner. Since Emilia joined our team, she has constantly impressed me with her dedication, but the fun she has working in PR and which she is able to infect not only her colleagues, but also her clients. And this is a skill that cannot be overestimated. Especially for a person who, for all intents and purposes, is just beginning the great adventure in life called a professional career.

Emilka is a veritable treasure trove of talent! Her open-minded approach and communication skills are invaluable qualities in a PR professional. How well she meets new challenges is a testament to her great flexibility and willingness to learn. Learning, which, by the way, goes by her expressly, so that as her buddy at onboarding I had little work to do! I'm impressed by the creativity in Emilka, and the awards she's won in competitions are the best proof of her exceptional skills and commitment. It is a great pleasure to be able to work with someone so talented and passionate!
