We are looking for a Photography & Video Content Creator. A creative and imaginative Tiger who is hungry for further growth!

‍

What are the characteristics of an ideal Tiger?

• Min. 3 years' experience in commercial video content creation (recording and post-production),
• Min. 3 years' experience with commercial photographic content (production and post-production),
• Familiarity with operating camera and photographic equipment, including at least basic knowledge of working with fixed and flash light and sound recording,
• Knowledge of the principles of framing and composition,
• Advanced knowledge of video editing and editing software (Premiere Pro and/or Davinci Resolve, After Effects),
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop / Capture One etc.,
• Screenwriting skills are welcome,
• Creativity and ingenuity,
• Good organization of work,
• Ability to work as part of a team and complete materials within a strict time limit,
• Willingness to work in hybrid mode - 2 weeks from the office (remote Fridays possible) and 1 week remotely.

Photography and Video Content Creator

What does the job entail?

1. You create short video forms (e.g., product videos, event coverage),
2. You create photo shoots (e.g., product videos, lifestyle videos),
3. You adapt Key Visuale to photographic and film forms,
4. You work on a film or photography set,
5. You edit video and do post-production,
6. Write scripts,
7. You work with the marketing team.

Salary

• We support the entrepreneurial instincts of Tigers and work on a participatory compensation model that pays off for you - in addition to a guaranteed attractive base, your compensation in this position will also include commission based on Creative's uspelling system.
  

• Base salary of PLN 8,000 - 10,000 net on invoice (B2B) or gross on Contract of mandate + progressive salary (bonus), which can be up to PLN 13,000.
  

• There is a possibility of cooperation on the basis of UZ for those with student status
