We are looking for a Junior Art Director. A creative and adventurous Tiger who is hungry for further development!

‍

What are the characteristics of an ideal Tiger?

• Min. 2 years experience as Art and 3 years as Designer,
• Proven portfolio experience in designing and running digital and offline advertising campaigns,
• Very good knowledge of Adobe software: Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ability to think conceptually
• Experience in preparing tenders and bids,
• Experience in dealing with clients and leading projects,
• Experience working on film and advertising scripts,
• Experience in participating in industry competitions such as Effie, KTR, Mixx Awards is welcome,
• Required English at min. B2,
• Independence, responsibility, good work organization, drive for development.
• Readiness to work in hybrid mode

Additional advantage will be:

• Honors / won awards in industry competitions
• Experience working for Fortune 500 clients

Junior Art Director

What does the job entail?

1. Work closely with the agency's Strategy, Digital and Growth departments in developing creative campaigns.
2. Prepare creative concepts for the agency's clients and supervise their implementation.
3. Create advertising campaigns that achieve clients' strategic goals.
4. Coordinate creative activities for tenders and bids.
5. Creating Key Visuals, visual identities, creations for advertising campaigns.
6. Participate in presentations and meetings with clients.

Salary

• We support the entrepreneurial instincts of Tigers and work on a participatory compensation model that pays off for you - in addition to a guaranteed attractive base, your compensation in this position will also include commission based on Creative's uspelling system.
  

• Base salary of PLN 8,000 - 9,000 net on invoice (B2B) or gross on Contract of mandate + progressive salary (bonus), which can be up to PLN 12,000.
  

• There is a possibility of cooperation on the basis of UZ for those with student status
