What are the characteristics of the perfect Tiger?
- Business mindset and focus on the goal,
- Min. 2 years of experience in a leadership position,
- Ability to motivate the team to achieve above-average results,
- Experience in developing the competencies of team members,
- Leadership competencies with special attention to giving feedback, delegating tasks and enforcing,
- Change management skills,
- Knowledge of team building techniques,
- Knowledge of English at a minimum communicative level (min. B2).

What does the job entail?
- You manage up to 10 people, depending on their experience and seniority
- You focus on first margins (CS) or other performance indicators of team members when leading the team
- You report and approve your ideas with the Manager or Head
- You are responsible for the development of specialists and experts with competencies that exceed market standards
- You carry out activities mainly focused on operational work

Salary:
We offer a salary in the range of PLN 13,000-14,000 net on invoice (B2B) + bonus.
